Progressive multi-pass forming rollers, precision-ground and high-frequency quenched, shape the metal sheet gradually and evenly, preventing surface scratches, wave edges, torsion, and internal stress deformation. The heavy-duty welded steel frame provides the rigidity to run continuously for 24 hours without frame deflection or loss of profile accuracy. An automatic hydraulic cutting die is synchronized with the PLC control system, cutting panels to fixed length on the fly with high repeatability.
