Leveling, Slitting & Shearing Machine Series
Our leveling, slitting and shearing machines integrate coil opening, precision leveling, longitudinal slitting and fixed-length shearing into one compact line. Designed for carbon steel, galvanized steel, color-coated steel, stainless steel and aluminum coils, they deliver flat, straight and accurately sized sheets with minimal tolerance.

We offer three main categories to match different production scales and material requirements:
- Economy Manual Type: For thin coils (0.3–2.0 mm), manual roll gap adjustment, simple structure, easy operation and low cost. Ideal for small factories and low-to-medium volume production.
- Semi‑Automatic CNC Type: PLC automatic control, frequency conversion speed regulation, hydraulic shearing. Thickness range 0.5–4.0 mm, width up to 1500 mm. Balances efficiency and investment.
- Heavy‑Duty Fully Automatic Line: 7–9 roller precision leveling, servo fixed‑length system, automatic stacking. Suitable for 1.0–6.0 mm thick high‑strength steel, with speed up to 120 m/min and tolerance ±0.1 mm.

Common applications include steel structure fabrication, roofing & wall panel processing, metal doors & windows, electrical cabinets, kitchenware and general metalworking industries.
