The line rolls a 1000 mm effective width trapezoidal panel from coated steel coil. Because the trapezoidal profile performs equally well as a roofing sheet and a wall panel, one machine supplies both the roof and the walls of the same project, so contractors keep fewer profiles on site and simplify stock planning.
All forming rollers are hard chrome plated and precision ground, so they glide over the steel instead of biting into it. Pre-painted PPGI coil leaves the line unmarked — no roller marks, no scratches and no polishing lines on the finished sheet, which protects both the paint appearance and the cladding warranty.
Operation is simple and repeatable. A PLC with touch screen control governs the line: the operator enters the panel length and quantity, then the machine cuts every sheet automatically and counts the finished pieces. Panels stay identical from the first sheet to the last, and a new operator can be trained within one shift.
The heavy welded steel frame carries the shaft and roller assemblies with minimal vibration, holding the profile accurate at full line speed and giving the machine a long service life. The line accepts PPGI, GI and GL steel from 0.3 mm to 0.8 mm thick. CE certification is available, and we support overseas installation, commissioning and operator training, with long-term spare parts supply.
