The fully automatic c and z purlin machine is an integrated production line that forms both C and Z purlins from steel coil in one continuous process for steel-frame buildings, warehouses and factories.
Fully automatic CZ purlin production is delivered by a complete line that integrates decoiling, leveling, punching, roll forming, cutting and automatic output for efficient continuous production. One machine for C and Z purlins means both profiles are produced on a single line, giving greater production flexibility while reducing equipment investment. Automatic profile changeover lets operators switch quickly between different C and Z profiles with minimal downtime, and automatic size adjustment through the PLC control system handles multi-size production without tedious manual setup. The integrated punching system can be configured to customer requirements, so bolt holes and connection holes are processed during the forming process itself. High-precision roll forming comes from precision-machined rollers that ensure accurate profile dimensions, consistent forming quality and smooth finished surfaces.
The line is built on a production-proven platform — archway frame, 16–20 forming stations, Φ85–100 mm 40Cr chrome-plated shafts and servo drive — with a compact footprint of 22.5 m × 2.1 m × 2.2 m.
