Hebei Xinnuo Roll Forming Machinery Co., Ltd. Built on that experience, this cz purlin roll forming machine is a fully automatic line that turns steel coil into finished C and Z purlins with almost no manual handling.
From decoiling, leveling, punching and roll forming to cutting, the entire production line runs automatically. The operator loads the coil and enters the order on the touch screen; the machine then feeds, straightens, punches, forms and cuts every purlin to the programmed length, so one operator can run the line.
Switching between C and Z purlins is done through the control system, so changeover takes minutes rather than hours and no roller or gasket is replaced by hand. One machine covers projects needing C purlins for the roof and Z purlins for the side rails.
The machine adjusts the forming dimensions automatically according to the preset parameters. Purlin height and width are entered on the touch screen and the forming stations position themselves, so a different purlin size runs without mechanical changeover.
Precision-engineered rollers ensure uniform forming, accurate dimensions and smooth surfaces during continuous production. Every station sits on one pass line, so finished purlins come off straight with consistent quality.
Automatic punching positions and hole spacing can be programmed according to customer requirements. The servo system places each hole where the connection detail needs it, and front and rear punching units work inside the same pass to provide accurate connection holes for steel structures.
