All forming rollers are made of GCr15 bearing steel, hardened and precision-ground, which gives the machine a long service life and a scratch-free surface finish on color-coated steel. The production speed of 8–20 m/min with flying shear continuous cutting keeps output high without stopping the line between cuts. The machine handles galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheet from 0.4 mm to 1.5 mm thick, and slat width can be customized to 77 mm, 105 mm, 127 mm, or 140 mm according to local door standards.
