All forming rollers are hard chrome plated, which keeps the sheet surface free of scratches and roller marks even after long production runs. Hard chrome also resists wear and corrosion, so the roller profile stays accurate and every finished panel keeps a clean, uniform appearance.

Operation is deliberately simple. A PLC touch screen control system lets the operator set panel length and production quantity, and the machine then runs automatic length cutting and counting without further intervention. Switching between batch sizes takes seconds rather than hours, which reduces dependence on skilled labour and keeps output consistent from the first panel to the last.

A heavy welded steel frame carries the forming stations. This rigidity absorbs the loads of continuous rolling and keeps the machine stable at production speed, protecting profile accuracy and extending service life. The outcome is steady, repeatable output with less downtime and lower maintenance cost.

The line handles PPGI, GI and GL coil from 0.3 mm to 0.8 mm thick, covering the material range used by most roofing contractors. CE certification is available, and XINNUO provides overseas installation support, commissioning and operator training so that the machine reaches full production quickly.
