The double layer trapezoidal glazed tile roll forming machine is a cost-effective dual-profile metal roof panel production solution manufactured by Hebei Xinnuo Roll Forming Machinery. One machine makes two roof profiles, effectively saving factory workshop space. The glazed tile profile delivers elegant decorative roofing, while the trapezoidal panel serves industrial roofing projects.
This equipment supports optional feeding width of 1000mm or 1200–1250mm, compatible with PPGI, GI, GL and aluminum coils from 0.3mm to 0.8mm thickness. Adopting progressive cold roll forming technology, it outputs smooth and consistent metal panels. The machine uses 45# chromed rollers fitted with solid shafts for long service life. It is equipped with PLC touch screen control for simple operation, paired with hydraulic cutting system to guarantee high length cutting accuracy.
Power transmission is available with chain or gearbox drive to maintain stable continuous production. Both glazed tile and trapezoidal profiles can be customized according to client drawings. CE and ISO certifications are available, and operation interfaces support Russian and English language options.
