Hebei Xinnuo Roll Forming Machinery Co., Ltd. (XINNUO) has manufactured cold roll forming equipment since 1995, from a 100,000 m² plant with 11 workshops in Botou, Hebei Province. This fully automatic CZ purlin machine is a c purlin forming machine that produces both C and Z purlins on one frame — no second machine and no roller changeover.
Profile change is electric. The forming stations move to the Z setting at the push of a button, so switching between C and Z takes minutes rather than hours. The machine forms purlins from 80 mm to 300 mm deep in steel 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm thick — the range used for steel structure frames, warehouse roofs and solar mounting brackets.
Every forming roller is hard chrome plated and precision ground, which keeps the sheet surface free of scratches and roller marks through long production runs. All forming stations sit on a single pass line, so the finished purlin comes off straight with no twisting or camber — panels stack flat and bolt up cleanly on site.
A PLC touch screen manages the line. The operator enters purlin length and quantity, and the machine runs automatic feeding, punching and cutting unaided. Front and rear punching stations are built in, so connection holes are produced in the same pass at full production speed.
A heavy welded steel frame absorbs the loads of continuous rolling, which is what lets the machine run high-strength S350 galvanized steel at production speed without losing accuracy or shortening roller life. CE is available, and XINNUO provides overseas installation, commissioning and operator training so the line reaches full output quickly.
