Designed for steel fabricators who need high output with minimal labor, the machine runs under fully automatic PLC control. Feeding, punching, forming, cutting, and stacking are all completed automatically in one continuous line, so a single operator can supervise the whole production process. The automatic punching unit creates bolt holes and notches inline as the profile moves through the forming section, while the PLC-controlled cutting system trims each purlin to exact length.
A key advantage of this machine is its C/Z interchangeable design. One machine produces both C and Z purlins on the same line, which reduces equipment investment and saves valuable factory space. Profile width, height, and lip length are adjusted automatically through the control system, allowing fast switching between different purlin specifications within minutes. This flexibility makes short production runs practical and keeps changeover downtime to a minimum.
The machine is built on a heavy-duty archway (gantry) side plate frame with precision-ground GCr15 bearing steel rollers, which guarantees stable forming accuracy and a long service life.
