By combining automatic start/stop logic with closed-loop tension control, it removes manual labor from the uncoiling stage and protects coil surface quality from the first turn to the last.
Driven by motors paired with induction frames or photoelectric sensors, the decoiler automatically starts and stops according to the running status of downstream roll forming machines, such as color steel tile or sandwich panel production lines. Compared with traditional manual decoilers, it eliminates the need for one or two dedicated workers to monitor the operation. It completely solves common problems such as delayed manual feeding, or inertial forward surging during shutdowns that cause coil loosening and surface scratches — significantly reducing labor costs while keeping the line running smoothly.

When processing color-coated coils and sandwich panels, this prevents coil deviation, loose winding, surface scratches and indentations, ensuring the flatness of sheets entering the roll forming and sandwich panel machines.
