Equipped with standard frequency conversion driving motor and matched gear reducer, this decoiler realizes stepless speed regulation, perfectly synchronizing unwinding speed with downstream roll forming host. It avoids over-stretching or scratching metal sheets, protecting the surface of galvanized coil, color coated steel, aluminum coil and stainless steel raw materials. The heavy-duty welded frame adopts stress relief annealing treatment, which can bear full 10-ton weight of steel coil without deformation during long-time continuous production.

Adjustable bilateral limit baffles are installed on both sides of the mandrel, which can limit the horizontal movement of steel strip in real time to avoid size deviation caused by coil wandering. The matched hydraulic coil car supports automatic lifting and feeding, no need for frequent forklift alignment. Meanwhile, the built-in electromagnetic brake locks the mandrel instantly when emergency stop or power failure, preventing loose coil rebound and meeting international workshop safety operation standards.

The independent electric control box centralizes all operation buttons, realizing simple one-click start, stop and speed adjustment. All electrical components adopt well-known domestic and international standard parts, with low failure rate and convenient after-sales replacement.
