Precisely engineered rollers hold accurate dimensions and consistent profiles throughout continuous production, while the optional servo motor with bevel gear drive positions each pitch within ±0.5 mm — about five times more accurate than clutch designs — and runs quieter than chain transmission.

The PLC control system centralizes production settings, panel-length control and automatic operation, letting one operator set parameters and monitor the line from a touch screen. Hydraulic automatic cutting trims every panel to the preset length without stopping the forming process, cutting waste and raising output. Optimized forming stations support stable high-speed operation, which helps small workshops and large roofing plants alike increase production efficiency and reduce labor costs.

Built for years of two-shift work, the machine uses forming rollers forged from 45# steel and hardened to HRC 45–50°, with precision-ground 40Cr steel shafts mounted in a rigid welded frame machined to 0.05 mm flatness — the combination behind its excellent wear resistance and long service life.
