The intelligent PLC system allows easy control of forming speed, sheet length, production quantity and other parameters, while the front shearing unit cuts each panel automatically to the programmed length. Combined with an automatic electric decoiler machine and simple material handling, the line runs continuously from steel coil to finished roofing sheet with only one or two operators.
