Profile changeover requires no roller replacement. The operator switches the production program on the control panel, and the machine toggles between flat trapezoidal roofing and arched circular-arc panels within minutes, covering standard building orders and large-span arched shed projects without adding another production line.
The two forming systems run independently without mutual interference, keeping forming precision stable for both regular roof orders and special arched-roof projects. Circular-arc panels come out with uniform, smooth curvature and no distortion, suiting beam-free large-span roofs in rainy coastal regions such as Brazil.
Multi-station progressive cold roll forming gives trapezoidal sheets precise rib height and tight overlap for reliable wind-proof and waterproof roofs. The hard-chrome heat-treated forming rollers resist wear and process PPGL galvalume and PPGI steel sheets without scratching the coating or zinc layer, preserving the anti-corrosion and UV-resistant performance required by South American roofing materials.
