This C purlin roll former comes with integrated auto punching and hydraulic cut-to-length function. It delivers stable forming quality and excellent workpiece straightness. It can process galvanized steel and cold rolled steel with material thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 3.0mm. The forming rollers are made of GCr15 or Cr12 with quenched heat treatment, offering high hardness and long service life. The whole line adopts PLC touch screen control for simple operation.
