Forming rollers are precision CNC machined from high grade 45# forged steel or GCr15 bearing steel, coated with 0.05mm hard chrome. Progressive step forming design protects coated metal sheets. It avoids scratches, twisting and paint peeling on PPGI, PPGL and aluminum coils, making neat overlapping edges.
