This automatic floor deck roll forming machine is engineered for floor systems that reduce or eliminate conventional on-site concrete pouring, helping simplify construction procedures and shorten project cycles. The line integrates coil feeding, leveling, roll forming, rib pressing and fixed-length cutting in one continuous process, producing prefabricated floor deck panels that can be installed quickly to cut on-site construction time. Built on a heavy-duty 450H steel frame with 20 mm side plates and driven by dual 11 kW motors, the machine forms deep-rib profiles with high stability under continuous operation. Twenty-four rows of precision rollers made from hardened 45# carbon steel ensure accurate profile geometry, smooth surfaces and consistent panel quality. A Delta PLC control system synchronizes automatic hydraulic cutting with Cr12MoV blades, delivering fixed-length panels within ±1.00 mm accuracy, so every sheet meets the same exacting standard.
