This 1000+1000 line is our two profiles roof panel roll former: a double layer machine that turns one coil into two different metal roof sheets.
Two independent forming systems are stacked in a single frame. The upper layer runs one roof sheet profile and the lower layer runs another, both at 1000 mm working width, so one operator produces two sellable panels without buying or installing a second machine. The compact structure saves roughly half the workshop space of two separate lines, and switching production from one layer to the other takes only minutes at the control panel, with no roller change required and no second operator needed.
A fully automatic PLC control system with touch screen sets sheet length, production quantity and forming speed, then runs the cycle without further input. The hydraulic cutting unit shears the sheet after forming, so the cutting edge stays clean and the panel keeps its shape. Hardened, chrome-plated rollers run color steel and galvanized coils and hold profile accuracy through long production runs at full speed.
The line produces two 1000 mm metal roof panel profiles for steel structure workshops, warehouses and prefabricated buildings. Adjustable forming speed matches different capacity targets, and the machine is easy to install because the main frame arrives pre-assembled and needs no special foundation.
