Forming follows a gentle step-by-step crimping sequence rather than a sharp single bend. Sheets move through progressive roller stages without wrinkling, cracking or coating peeling, which protects the surface of PPGI, galvanized and galvalume material and keeps the finished arch clean and corrosion-resistant.
A heavy-duty hydraulic power unit delivers stable pressure output with low noise, so the machine runs reliably through long, continuous production shifts with minimum interruption.
