Because the cutting beam is driven by an electric motor instead of a hydraulic power pack, start-up is immediate and the working stroke answers the foot switch without delay. There is no hydraulic oil to warm up and no pump to service, so energy consumption stays low — an advantage when the shear runs for a full shift.
The blade gap is adjustable, so one machine handles thin galvanized sheet and thicker colour steel without tearing or rolling the cut edge. The blades are high-hardness alloy steel with good wear resistance, holding a clean cutting surface through long periods of continuous cutting.
The machine has a compact structure and a small footprint, so it slots into an existing workshop layout without reorganising the production floor, and installation and commissioning are simple. A safety protection device covers the cutting zone to reduce the risk of operation accidents and protect operators, while low running noise keeps the workshop comfortable.
