The forming rollers are hard-chrome plated and heat-treated for long wear resistance. Their mirror-finished surfaces let the machine process galvanized steel and PPGL galvalume steel without scratching the sheet coating — an important advantage for customers producing anti-corrosion building materials for humid coastal and high-salt environments such as South America. The whole line sits on a heavy-duty fully-welded machine frame that resists deformation, keeping rolling accuracy stable under long-time, heavy-load mass production.

Cutting is handled by a hydraulic fixed-length shearing system fitted with a Cr12MoV cutter, producing smooth, burr-free cut edges without profile deformation — the beams are ready for welding and assembly with no secondary grinding needed. An optional pre-punching station can be added before the forming section: locating holes are punched, the profile is roll formed and then cut in one continuous pass, eliminating a separate drilling procedure and boosting overall productivity.
