Our 760 seamlock roof panel roll forming machine is designed for producing YX75-380-760 concealed-fix metal roof panels, widely used in industrial workshops, warehouses, commercial buildings, and large-span projects. This model solves key customer pain points: low precision, poor sealing, easy leakage, slow speed, and high maintenance costs.

The machine adopts a heavy-duty welded frame and CNC-machined 45# steel rollers with heat treatment, ensuring long-term stability and high precision. Equipped with a PLC automatic control system, it realizes uncoiling → leveling → forming → hydraulic cutting in one line, with a forming speed of 15–25 m/min and feeding accuracy up to ±0.5 mm. The finished panel features 75 mm wave height, 380 mm pitch, and 760 mm effective width, with tight interlocking and excellent wind & water resistance.

Suitable for PPGI, GI, and aluminum with thickness 0.4–0.8 mm, this machine is CE certified and comes with 18 months warranty.
